چکیده
ZrB2 particle-reinforced AA7475 is a potential material for high-performance aeronautical engine blades because of its exceptional characteristics. The machinability ZrB2/AA7475 metal matrix composites (MMC) still challenge the influence particles. impact particulates on machined parameters ZrB2/aluminum was explored experimentally in order to meet needs industry. Additionally, best machining circumstances this type were studied research. A surface roughness (Ra) and removal rate (MRR) multiobjective optimization model built, set ideal parameter combinations produced, with being lower than that nonreinforced alloys at same cutting speed.
